U.S. Food and Drug Administration FDA
Responsible for protecting the US public health. Has a role in reducing tobacco and alcohol use. Helps to speed innovations that make medicines more effective, safer, and more affordable. Provides the public with accurate, science-based information needed to use medicines and foods to maintain and improve health.
